2. Description of Service

SocialMind is an AI-powered social media content generator that helps users create captions, bios, hashtags, hooks, and replies for various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.

3. Subscriptions

• Free plan: Limited to 3 generations total.
• Basic plan: $4.99/month or $29.99/year — 30 generations per month.
• Premium plan: $9.99/month or $59.99/year — unlimited generations.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SocialMind to generate:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Spam or misleading content.
• Content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Content that discriminates against any person or group.
• False or misleading information.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by SocialMind is powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any generated content in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The SocialMind app, including its design and code, is owned by us. Content you generate using the app belongs to you. You grant us no rights to your generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SocialMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SocialMind.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
