• Photos: Images you choose to upload for AI analysis. Photos are sent directly to OpenAI for processing and are not stored on our servers.
• Subscription data: Your subscription plan and usage data stored locally on your device via UserDefaults.
• Usage preferences: App settings such as theme, language, and tone preferences stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or personal identification information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not store your generated content on our servers.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

SocialMind uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI API: We send your text prompts and optionally photos to OpenAI to generate content. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: We use Apple's in-app purchase system to process subscriptions. Apple's privacy practices apply to payment processing.

4. Data Storage

All app preferences and subscription status are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Generated content history is stored locally on your device and can be deleted at any time through the app.

5. Children's Privacy

SocialMind is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

Since we store data locally on your device, you can:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the application.
• Clear history within the app settings.
• Contact us with any privacy concerns.
